PATA supports teams of paediatric healthcare workers in Africa (doctors, pharmacists, nurses and counsellors/ psychologists to promote an exchange of knowledge and experience regarding the care and treatment of children and families affected by HIV/AIDS.
We believe that the greatest impact can be made by building local capacity and regional expertise to create a ripple effect needed to provide life saving treatment and support to more HIV/AIDS affected children and communities faster.
If your team would benefit from the support, information and resources the PATA network gives, or if you can help other teams in Africa by sharing your case studies and advice on paediatric HIV/AIDS treatment, therapy and community support, please get in touch with us - info@teampata.org.
